Ohio’s budget legislation for FY 2020-2021 (HB 166) contains a provision that would raise the age to purchase all tobacco, vapor, and nicotine products to 21-years-old. Please take action NOW by making contact with your lawmakers urging them to reject this shortsighted legislation. Take Action - Send a Message! Ohio residents are also encouraged to make a call to Speaker of the House, Larry Householder and urge him to remove the tobacco 21 language from the budget bill.
